two years as a freelancing trainer for IT and automation technology.
Eight years of experience working for a technology group in Paris and Düsseldorf as project leader and trainer, as well as the director of personnel development and the in-house training centre. Partner of a consulting company in 1997. Founder of targo Unternehmensberatung in 2000.

Ten years of experience in international education management and administration. Thereof four years as head of corporate relations and communications of an international business school.

I am a researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry, skilled in HR Consulting, Training and HR Policies; undergoing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Program focused on Organizational Behavior Studies at Jacobs University Bremen. My research interests include organizational trust development, challenges of cross-functional teams, and multilevel as well as practice perspectives in organizational theory.
