Studied mathematics and educational sciences in Oldenburg and Montpellier until 1988. Followed by
two years as a freelancing trainer for IT and automation technology.

Eight years of experience working for a technology group in Paris and Düsseldorf as project leader and trainer, as well as the director of personnel development and the in-house training centre. Partner of a consulting company in 1997. Founder of targo Unternehmensberatung in 2000.

Studied English and Sports Science in Bremen and Carlisle, PA, USA, until 2009. Became project manager at a language travel and student exchange provider. Moved on to study Intercultural Humanities in Bremen, Germany, until 2012.

One year of experience in project management with a language holiday and student exchange provider.

Professional experience in training, HR development and management of gender equality. Founding member of an association for intercultural personnel development.

Broad experience as a manager with leadership duties and as a project leader in different companies – primarily in the media industry.

Working as consultant, trainer and organisational developer since 15 years. Various engagements as an interim manager introducing new business areas as well as new products.
Main training areas are improvement of cooperation and communication in and across teams, leadership development, facilitation and presentation skills and project management.

I am a researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry, skilled in HR Consulting, Training and HR Policies; undergoing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Program focused on Organizational Behavior Studies at Jacobs University Bremen. My research interests include organizational trust development, challenges of cross-functional teams, and multilevel as well as practice perspectives in organizational theory.
